The 26th Annual Kalona Gospel Sing August 23-25 at Windmill Ridge Campground, 2114 140th Street, south of Kalona will feature gospel groups from throughout the Midwest, according to organizer Jim Yoder.
You are encouraged to bring your own lawn chairs. There will be a free will offering. Concessions will be available.
The Gospel Sing gets underway at 1 pm. Friday, August 23 at the campgrounds and continues until 9 p.m.
On Saturday, August 24, the Gospel Sing gets underway at 10 a.m. and will continue until 9 p.m.
There will be a Barbecue Chicken meal served at 5 pm. on Saturday and a pot luck meal at 12:30 p.m. Sunday.
On Sunday, August 25, church services with gospel singing will begin at 10 a.m. Following the potluck lunch, there will be a jam session.
