If you want a delicious soup supper while helping to raise funds for the new Wahl Museum building at the Kalona Historical Village, mark your calendar for Friday, March 29 from 5 to 7 pm for a Soup Supper Fundraiser.

Go to the Village Welcome Center where you will be directed to the meal and have an opportunity to go to the yet unfinished Wahl Museum to see what is planned and where your money will help build a very neat historical venue.

Soups that will be served include Chicken Noodle, Chili, Cheeseburger, Cheesy Potato, Tortellini, Cheese Broccoli plus a salad, rolls,  homemade deserts and a beverage. There will be a free will donation with all proceeds going toward the new Wahl building historical exhibits.

Kalona Alumni Room

One new exhibit in the new Wahl Museum is the Kalona Alumni Room, which features artifacts, photos, etc. from the Kalona High School.  It also features some of the basketball court wooden floor from the old High School Gym which was saved before the city tore the building down to make way for the new Y-City Rec Center.
