Job Description:
- Install, repair and maintain new construction and existing plumbing, including pipes, fixtures, valves, and appliances.
- Inspect and test plumbing systems and identify issues, such as leaks, clogs, or damaged components.
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure proper placement and installation of plumbing systems.
- Lead/coach/train employees and run an efficient job site.
- Follow current regulations for plumbing work to ensure that all installed systems pass inspections
- Follow blueprints and building codes to ensure compliance and accuracy in plumbing installations.
- Use hand and power tools to perform tasks, such as cutting, bending, and joining pipes.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project.
- Communicate with install managers and dispatch team on the status of the work being completed.
- Present a professional image by arriving on time, being neat, and well-groomed.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in dealing with customers and coworkers.
