JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the supervision of the Sports Director, and in cooperation with other YMCA staff, the Sports Assistant is responsible for providing a safe and positive atmosphere that welcomes and respects all individuals.

  • Attend the designated sports areas to emphasize sportsmanship in the gym and sports areas 

  • Manage sports games in an organized and efficient manner to support safe play

We offer a generous employee rewards package including Y membership, health insurance, paid time off and retirement program, depending on hours worked. Employees are eligible for a $1,000 bonus from the state after 90 days of employment.
