Clinical Therapist

Iowa Family Counseling is hiring a clinical therapist(s); providing mental health counseling services in our community, varying between office-based, (local) school-based and/or virtually/tele.

Ideal candidate is Bilingual (English & Spanish), has an interest and passion in working with children and youth of all ages, in addition to experience working with families and/or providing family therapy.

Iowa Family Counseling provides billing, referral source & admin support with competitive pay, in addition to monthly clinical supervision (for provisionally licensed mental health counselors and social workers, and group consultation). Additional benefits for full-time employees, includes BCBS group health insurance (medical, dental, vision), paid time off, monthly partial cell phone/electronic use stipend & a $500 annual professional development/CEU training allowance.

Candidate must possess a MA degree and be eligible for Iowa licensure as a mental health counselor, social worker or marriage and family counselor. New and upcoming Masters graduates are encouraged to apply!
