Veteran Banners

Honoring veterans that have served our country past and present by joining the United States Armed Forces. Applications will reopen January 2026. Double sided, 5’ banners will be mounted on the light poles in Kalona on sections of B Ave, 4th Street, and 6th Street. Banners will be displayed from May to November of 2026. At the end of the display period, the banner will be given to each Applicant.

Brackets for these banners have been generously provided by CBI Bank & Trust and Kalona Cooperative Technology Company.

This project is organized by the Kalona Area Chamber of Commerce with the assistance of the City of Kalona.
